The firm will attend the home of the potential client if necessary. The proprietor, Allan McGregor, has over 30 years experience in the conduct of litigation. We are happy to give you an assessment of your claim without cost. Most actions are conducted on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. We can also fund the payment of disbursements if it appears that the action is viable. Costs will not be charged until the completion of the matter.
